Dubai Judicial Institute was established under Law No. (1) for 1996 as a public institution with a vision to become a regional centre of excellence in law and justice.
Its mission also aims at providing the best legal and judicial training to bring about a change in the legal and justice-related stereotype, thereby contributing to spreading a legal culture in the community. Members gain advanced administrative skills in parallel with legal skills for the judiciary, public prosecution, police and attorneys to take part in the institute’s programmes and activities by helping them identify their training needs and conduct a variety of studies and research.
Apart from developing scientific research, the institute has practically been training and qualifying UAE national cadres to assume posts in the judiciary and public prosecution together with all judicial and administrative adjutants.
